Step 1: Get to know yourself

Step 2: Be “Respectful” in everything you do

Self-awareness and respect are the key ingredients needed to successfully offer and ask for feedback.   Sonia Di Maulo

Getting Ready to Feedback is a wonderful jouney of self-awareness!

2010 is *your* year of Self-Awareness.

Giving feedback tells more about you than it does about the receiver of the feedback. So it’s time you portray yourself in the best light possible. But how? To help you learn about yourself, I have a developed a weekly self-awareness program, available to you for FREE as a reader of my blog.

Download the Free Self-Assessment Form (free tool to get you on fire to inspire).

Your Weekly 3-Step Mission

  1. Once a week for 5 minutes, reflect on your state of mind, emotion, spirit, and physical well-being.
  2. Rate yourself on a scale of 1 to 5 for each of these.
  3. Circle the number that best describes your state using the scale below.

Once you can automatically identify how you are feeling, you won’t need this self-assessment anymore.
